How to request deletion

To have your account and personal data deleted, contact us via our contact page with the subject line "Data deletion request", sent from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it's you.

What happens next

• We will confirm your request and delete or anonymise your account and personal data within 30 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment and tax records) are retained for the required period, anonymised where possible, and then deleted.
• We'll email you once it's done.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can disconnect House of Huggles from your Facebook account at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find House of Huggles and remove it. Removing the app stops Facebook sharing your details with us, but it does not delete the data we already hold — use the request process above for that. The same applies to Google sign-in via your Google account permissions.
